AFG was established in 2001 and we just celebrated 20 years in business! What began as one office near Nashville, TN has increased to multiple offices, serving states throughout the Southeast and in southern California.
We have a centralized office reporting system that ensures continuity of claims handling, hire only the most highly trained employees dedicated to only AFG clients, and a round table approach that allows AFG to pull from the expertise and specialized training of one another for the benefit of all. The most qualified for the claim will be assigned in field and/or as a consultant to ensure the most accurate handling, and billing will always be from the closest office to reduce the cost of claim.
